Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC) of Ghana

Delta is licensed as an Investment Advisor and a fund manager and regulated by the Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC) of Ghana. SEC regulates the capital market which Delta is an operator. SEC seeks to promote the orderly operation and development of an efficient, fair and transparent securities market in which investors and the integrity of the market are protected through the proactive implementation of the Securities Laws. Simply put, SEC seeks primary to protect investors. In this regard, the institution firmly monitors activities of the operators such as Delta to ensure investors are protected.

Delta is a member operator and in good standing with the regulator.

National Pensions Regulatory Authority

The National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA) is tasked by the Pensions National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766); to supervise and implement the tenets of the Three-Tier Pension Scheme. Their objective is to ensure the efficient, effective and equitable development and administration of pensions in Ghana, in order to protect and promote the interest of pensioners. The National Pensions and Regulatory Authority as part of its mandate, monitors and regulates the activities of all the elements to the management of pension funds in the country namely the Trustees, Custodians and Fund Managers whilst ensuring total compliance. It has therefore been responsible for registering occupational pension schemes, provident funds and personal pensions. Issuing guidelines for the investment of pension funds, regulating and monitoring all industrial players.

The Authority has the mandate to set rules and guidelines for the management of pension funds under this Act. Delta Capital Ltd., has been licensed by NPRA to operate as a Fund Manager and our membership is in good standing.
